Urgency manifests itself differently in a variety of people; people value what is needing immediate attention or action differently. Many of us operate on a sense of urgency–about our employment, about our families, about our hobbies, about our health, etc. However, one area that deems some sort of urgency is letting those closest to you that you love them. Although you may not always agree with your loved ones, it’s so important to let those closest to you that you love them. As a young adult, both of my parents passed away very suddenly. I will never get the opportunity to tell them that I love them ever again, but I can choose to tell my husband, my sisters, their families, my extended family, and others that I love them with a sense of urgency. You never know when you will get to see your friends and family again; take a moment to tell them how much you care about them and how important each and every one of them is to you.
